Protection of End User Information:

Users acknowledge and agree that the Malaysia Sports Aviation Federation (MSAF) mobile application is not intended for the collection, solicitation, or retention of nonpublic personal information pertaining to End Users. The parties recognize that the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) regulates the disclosure of nonpublic personal information concerning clients, which includes End User information. The parties shall adhere to the relevant terms and provisions of the PDPA, along with other applicable laws. This adherence includes, but is not limited to, upholding the PDPA's stipulations regarding the security, reuse, dissemination, and redisclosure of nonpublic personal information.

Data Collection and Usage:

The SAMS application collects, transmits, syncs, and stores data as detailed below, serving the following purposes:

• Country: Information is utilized to ensure compliance and adherence to the selected country's regulations.
• Full Name: Used for the issuance of MSAF certificates and for verification purposes aligning names with the respective certificates.
• Gender: Employed for the application process of MSAF certificates and to align gender specification on the certificates.
• Identification Number/Passport Number: Necessary for the application of certificates and for featuring certification listings within the SAMS app, based on the user's data.
• Contact Number: Utilized as the primary point of contact for certification-related correspondences.
• Email: Functions as a key feature for SAMS app login, TAC (Transaction Authentication Code) verification, and for updating the status of certificate applications.

Data Transmission Security:

All data transmissions are conducted over HTTPS (HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure), ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the user's data.
